How to burp a 16v?

Hey everyone. I replaced the 3-way hose on my 16v on Saturday (the one that
goes from the block/oil-cooler/water pump) and I don't think I got all the
air outta the system when I finished. So my question is, how do I burp this
damn thing??? I know there's been some previous posts but I'll be honest
right now, I'm too tired (and a bit lazy) to try and go through the
archives. I have a 35 mile commute to work and this morning she ran normal,
but this after noon she ran a bit hotter on the oil temp then I would like.
I can't tell what the water temp is since either my sensor or the gage is
broken (I know, I'm trying to fix allot on this car all at once)

The top radiator hose get's really hot and when you squeeze it, it just
feels like there is air in it. Now before starting the car after the hose
change, I poured water into the radiator and down the top radiator hose so
that there would be coolent at the junction where the new 3-way hose and the
ttop radiator hose meet at the block. I let the car run several times, cool
down, then uncapped the tank and added more. Sometimes this resulted in
overflow and sometimes mass air bubbles. I also ran the car with the heater
on thinking that maybe that would help water get into the system enough to
force the air out. I really don't want to blow that top hose or any others
for that matter so I'm up for any suggestions.
