Andre,
I installed some Pioneer 4X6 from Best Buy with no problems and the grills 
are flush and they are 2-way speakers with a dome tweeter. What I did was 
remove the pocket maps from the door panel and installed the speakers from 
behind into the speaker holes. I then reassembled the door panels. I then 
reinstalled the door panels and they sound excellant and the car looks stock. 
they cost me like $79.
