I have a friend who wants to buy some merchandise in England, but needs to
find a way to do basically a COD transaction to ensure he gets what he's
paying for before releasing the funds to the seller.

I recall this list having a few ideas about how to do this in light of
buying Euro parts and shipping them back.

Can you refresh me on what options my friend  has available to him
