Not any longer.  The standard Premium brew now is 91 as of several months
ago.. at least in SoCal.  It was 92 for a long time, but was universally
dropped by EVERYBODY to 91.  There was an article in the paper about it
and about how much money it saved all the oil companies.  Wonderful.
