Parts car?

Hi,
I looked at an 86 Wolfsburg 8V today. Over 200k, seats trashed, ps shot,
gas and coolant leaks, some dents is the bad. The good is $100, starts
nicely, almost no rust, no door drop, and a virtually crack-free dash.
This could be fixed, or stripped.
I have to wait until tomorrow because the owner gave someone else first
crack.
