Exhaust Issue

I need to replace the flange on the backside of the cat on my 85 8v. Thing 
is obviously rusty and therefore isn't coming off without some help from 
probably a torch. I don't have the ability to do it where I am at, because 
basically its an apartment complex parking lot and that isn't going to fly 
well here. I am essentially wondering if anyone is close to Nashua, NH and 
has the resources to potentially help me complete this? If not I shall be 
taking it to a shop, but I would prefer to do it myself, as its a heck of a 
lot cheaper. Part is like $20 max and by the time they are done I'm sure 
I'll have spent $50-60 at least.
