(way OT) somebody please help me

so it's bad enough i'm stuck in this goddamn office 10 hours a day, but now 
i'm working with this guy named rich who is the biggest gomer i've ever met. 
every other word out of his mouth is either basically or whatnot. the worst 
part is now i'm starting to sound like that too. anyone got a gun?
