Scirocco on ebay w/ 2 air filters?

This car was on the Autotrader website for awhile and I think he was asking 
$2500 for it then, not bad but not my cup of tea.

As for the funky intake plumbing I am not sure, looks like he was trying to 
find a cooler air source.
