Emission Spec Poll - What are your CO/HC Limits

I think I posted some similar info a few weeks back but here is Ada county
(Boise), (Idaho does not have state smog laws), my car is tested per the
year of the car, NOT the motor in it.  I guess that means I could have a
General Electric Turofan pushing 40,000 lbs of static thrust and I would
still need to keep it under
3% CO
7000 ppm HC
1975-1979

BTW as there was no CAT originally on my car ('79) there is no visual
inspection.
ergo,  I will not be keeping the CAT w/ the TT Stainless 2.25 and the
scirocco 16v motor.  Repair records show that it only has about 20K on it.
I should make thoses stats with a good running engine tuned correctly.
