mkI possible fender buy- update and ?(long)

here's the answer to some common ?'s. first, the guy selling's father used 
to own somekind of vw shop. when he passed away it was left to his 
son(seller) who has no idea what to do with the stuff. i have already bought 
some neat tools and such from him. second, he either found out how much the 
stuff is worth or found anither interested party who does know what it's 
worth. third, profit for me is not the issue. i have gotten enough help, 
deals on parts, and free donations from you guys that i was just going to 
sell them to you for what i had paid for them. i've seen enough talking on 
the list to know that some of you really need these and are having trouble 
finding them. fourth( the biggie), i am by no means well off. if the price 
gets much higher i will not be able to afford to front the cash for all 9, 
which apparently he wants to sell together. doing the math real quick, i 
don't think i can go past $65/fender.
  i'll keep you updated on what's happening. and if i don't get them, maybe 
i can hook you guys up with the guy who does buy them. maybe it will still 
be a deal.
