Clutch Questions-falure?

Hello Everyone,

I took the MKI for a blast last night and had some
trouble with the clutch.  I started my evening drive
blasting down some back roads and I was driving pretty
hard.  I noticed the clutch was a little weaker than
it had been.  I stopped at a friends and when I went
to take off the car shuddered like I had a broken
motor mount.  So I pulled up to the garage and checked
and they were all fine.  SO, I headed home, and after
taking off from a stoplight shifting from 2nd to 3rd I
couldn't find any gears.  So I slammed it into 3 so I
could find a place to stop.  When I stop, I push in on
the clutch nothing there.It wouldn't disengage...  I
head back to my friends place clutchless shifting and
check things out.  Everthing seems OK.  I readjust the
cluch is suddenly it works.  I drive home and the
cluch feels OK, but it shudders really badly.  Once
you engage it is OK, but when you take off it feels
like I have a motor mount missing.  So, I am guessing
I damaged the pressure plate?  Anyone else have an
idea.
