Eagle was an offshoot of Jeep as in Jeep/Eagle. Talons were but one
model in the Eagle line that was kinda like the Subaru of  'Merican
autos- lots of AWD in the line up.

Still and all; yes they were Diamond Star and yes they were under the
Chrysler umbrella.
