There are two 17 mm hex socketed bolts you can remove; the drain on the
bottom and the level check one on the side. If one won't come out, try
the other. If neither is ready then pull the speedo cable up top and
suck it out with a pump. There are those hand operated pumps that get
the job done when that's all you got to work with.
Doesn't take too much typin' on my part to get my mind wandering.
