well , mine just barely work for me and im 5'11. Im going to try to modify
mine to go a little lower.My neighbor, who I sold my 88 to is about your
height and he got the stock seat alot lower just by .. uh.. adjusting the
front bar of the seat. There is quite a bit of room between that bar and the
plate with the holes that supports the bottom cushion.There is  a tech
procedure in the archive from march 2000, but I havent tried it. HTH, Robert
