wheel question

  i acquired a couple sets of wheels tonight and had a question. they
are vw wheels and are 16" x 6.5". assuing i go with 205/45/16, will i
have rubbing problems? i'm only using stock suspension and the car is an
8v. please let me know. i'll have to convert from four lug to five, but
i like these wheels and would be willing to do it. i just want to cover
all my bases first. thanx.
