I think those Jetex guys out of Sweden do- they make a large diameter
but with somewhat offsetting restrictive muffler components to end up
with a freer flowing exhaust than stock but quiet.

Too bad they cost so much, this has held me back, so far, from getting
one to try out. I am planning for a P&P 2.0 8v motor. I want a good flow
but I want it to not rattle windows either.
