Scott Williams is OK

I just got off the phone with Scott and he's fine!  He never made it down to
his office today.  He was on his way when he just thought that something was
funky with the trains.  Good thing too, because he goes through the towers
every day!

I'm sure he'll have a bunch to say later on.  He's on his way home right
now.
