More Funny brake problems!?
Ok, Just to remind everyone... my brakes gave out on saturday.. pedal went
the floor, m/c resivoir was empty.
I checked my wheels, nothing leaking from slave cyl's. no leaking lines, i
have stainless braided flexable ones, and its an ALABAMA car so the steel
lines arent rusty, im not even gonna look at that! ;) so i topped my master
cyl off with "normal" brake fluid.. i have super blue in it. Hopefully
mixing super blue and normal shit wont do anything funny right?
Anywhoo.. i went to the right rear wheel and cracked the bleeder loose two
times while my dad pushed the pedal from inside the car. I tightened it
back up. I then started the car and i have better brakes then before i lost
them on saturday!!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!???? The M/C is holding fluid
and its not leaking or sucking air anywhere. WHat in the HELL could have
happened?
Somebody suggested before that the M/C could have blew out into the booster,
i have not checked that, but how come its not "reblowing" back into the
booster now that the resivoir is full??? Im really stumped... but also
worried.. i dont wanna hit the brakes at 115mph and learn that i suddenly
have NONE! I dont think the e-brake will prove to be effective at a speed
like that! ;) Thanks
Oh yeah, its my red 16v rocco that im talkin about here.
