I have not adjusted the clutch cable. Since everything works fine 99%
of the time, I assumed everything was adjusted properly. The only
time I have a problem is if I am say starting on a sttep hill, and
rev up to around 4000, at which point the engine will rev higher, but
with no extra traction or pull. I don't know much about the inner
workings of my car (yet), but traditionally when I have had this
problem, it has signalled the need for a new clutch. I hope I am
wrong, and it is a cheaper fix, so now that you mention it, I will
get out the bentley's and see how to check the clutch cable!
