It's an okay choice...

A 4K would be much better.

You can use the disc with the 8V, but you'll need a 16V pressure plate.

It is probably an 02A flywheel... Did it come out of a Passat?

Any 1.8L 210mm flywheel will work... 
If you can't find one, let me know.
