Oh they're around....    I had a *very* early (3/86) 16v
before my current white '88.  It was, of course, red.

Always has been some debate.  Both Paul Maione and Dan
May's cars are '87s.  None of the brochures I have ('87 &
'88) mention white being available.  Maybe late '87 & early
'88?  I dunno...
