battery terminals

I am looking to replace my battery terminals along with all the wires (to 
starter/alt, new ground cables, etc.)  What are people using for quality 
terminals, preferably something with a plastic cover?  I don't want to use 
the cheap parts store type.  Also, I have seen many types of battery covers, 
boxes, both soft and hard.  Where can these be bought?
