What you have isn't torque steer, it's overpowering the tires!!  :)  ...wish
I had enough of that power to experience the same thing....

Shit, when I hit 2nd gear I got to hold on tight.  My front end hydroplanes 
all over the place until I finally get some traction.  Then it wants to rip 
the wheel right out of my hand.
