Non-Fixed Code Radios Locked-up Out of Warranty (Heidelberg Only)

THIS WARRANTY CIRCULAR SUPERSEDES WARRANTY CIRCULAR V-93-13 DATED 6/15/93

The charges for unlocking Heidelberg non-fixed code radios has been
renegotiated with the radio manufacturer and will remain $21.00. The service
that was added to include a quick functional check and tape path cleaning
will not be included in the $21.00 charge.

Locked-up radios must be sent to Matsushita by an authorized Volkswagen
retailer only (along with their check) to insure a 48 hour turnaround.

Please do not advise customers to send their locked-up radios to Matsushita
with a personal check as it will result in a two to three week turnaround.
