Well, I'm not selling the VR6..yet.  I have decided that I'll gonna keep it,
and rotate use of the cars depending on which one is more driveable.  Of
course, with nothing but Pirelli summer tires on the Jetta, that means the
'rocco gets nasty winter duty, but on nice days the Jetta is running.

The 'rocco is probably gonna get its engine pulled very soon so I can do the
repairs correctly.  I figure I've got a month until the snow really starts
to fly.

Anyone got a RD in the Rochester area they wanna part with?
