 Uh, not to rain on your parade or anything, but you'll be lucky
to have 165hp at the crank.  You are looking at closer to 145-150ish HP
at the wheels...at least that would be my guess...  
Still, combine that with a 4k and a lightweight mk1 and you should 
definitely have an accord-stompin' machine!  
Is it fair to assume that this accord has 205 hp at the crank?  This would
give it somewhere around 180 at the wheels, right?  With an automatic, this
car shouldn't be a problem... that is, unless you are racing all the way
to like 120+ mph...then that accord might have the advantage...?
