Colin,
If the shop that rebuilt the tranny threw in a different tranny, they may
have swapped the driveshafts to match the other tranny.
As far as differenced between 90 and 100 mm axles, sont worry about the
lenght, its not an issue in your case. Especially if there already were
100's on there and it worked fine already.
