Screw size?

I have the "phantom VW horn" problem (horn honks when bumping steering
column sometimes). No problem, just need to tighten screws on steering
column. The thing is, at least one of the screws is missing. Anyone know
if there is any info out there(website...etc) that tells what size screw
goes where? This will save me trying to eyeball it.
