actually brian,
you need to remove the pump itself (no need to remove the brackets from the
P/S pump) the pump itself is 3-4 bolts to remove to loose the p/s pump from
engine, and than you can access the Thermostat.

I have looked a Patrick's site and wanted to know, has anyone done this
without taking off the p/s pump and bracket? It looks possible but tight any
suggestions or should I go with pump removal?
