[TECH] Head Rebuilding

I have a 1.8 for my 16v that I need to rebuild. I have Autotech cams,
Autotech springs and new guides and seals. How difficult of a job is this to
do yourself. I have gotten several quotes ranging from $ 250.00 to $ 600.00.
I am not sure what the proper steps would be, can someone enlighten me on
what should and shouldn't be done when rebuild a head. BTW - It has already
been port matched and polished.
