I'm not sure but I think you'll have to remove the stud and
put a bolt through from the inside of the car... You'll
have to remove the carpet and padding to get to it...
could you just have a plate with a threaded shaft welded in
place?
good luck...
I hope you were using a torque wrench when tightening, or
did it break when you were trying to remove it???
Usually in these situations after the nut comes off the
shaft successfully I'd run a die over the threads of the
stud to clean off the rust and dirt to prevent a nut
seizing in the future...
