as far as i know, its no REAL big deal. it might drip a little. something
that you might want to do the next time you change your oil, is coat the
threads of the drain plug with some liquid teflon tape. this stuff works
wonders. i jsut got finished watching a 45 minute loctite video for my GM
ASEP class. it was actually very interesting. this stuff seals up to 400
psi when its still liquid. and is repostional for up to 6 hours. and don't
worry about it contaminating your oil, unless you get a whole shit load in
there, it's no biggie, unlike if you get some teflon tape in your engine.
that stuff will clog oil passages.
