13 x 8 wheels/ tire options?

So as I'm looking around on the web for wheels.  I've found a few that are
13 x 8, and I'm thinking "That would look kind of cool!".  But, I have no
idea what tire size would be optimal for that rim on my 85. I'll have the
H&R coilovers before then if that makes any difference. 
Also, anyone got a recommendation on the offset I should try to get? I've
played with the tire thing on .org, and it seems an et25 would be good...
