Wouldn't know why not...I'm certain it would bolt up. The intermediate
shaft is a variable that I don't know about. I'm sure that little gear
that is driven the by the intermediate shaft and in turn drives that
splined shaft 16V oil pump has to come out...don't know what that takes
(is it captive in there, requiring intermediate shaft removal?).

It's smaller than an 8V distributor, for what that's worth. I reckon
it should fit OK but who knows??
