It's not the motor, or the other one wouldn't be working either.
Check to see if the nut holding the wiperarm in place is tight. If you can
move the wiper arm side to side that would indicate the shaft with the
little groves might be stripped / worn flat and it's got no more grip to
keep it in place. Replace the wiper mechanism. Keep the motor.
