Head Liners - was: a quick thank you, and a quick question.

1.  The black strip that look almost like "T" molding should
be the same size on all VW's I would think.  Anyone confirm
this? I know when I changed the gold over to a black
interior I found a whole bunch of black headliners with
black sunroof parts in the Golf GTI's.  Might be worth a
trip to the local wrecking yard to pull one (just remember
to loosen off the sunroof mounting screws so you don't
stretch or rip it on the way out).


As for head liners.  Anyone have a link to ANYONE who makes
headliners for a MKII?  I grabbed an extra golf one and was
looking at modifying that one, or going to a local shop and
seeing about getting one custom made.  BUT, if they are
actually produced anywhere (preferably black) please let me
know.

I've looked around myself, and I have not found any, BUT,
there was this
company selling head liners for scirocco from months back
and they had the
black colored ones, maybe they would sell this sunroof liner
rubber in
black, but the trick is to have someone post the link...
anyone ?
