The 81 came with a 1.7.  The head is the same as the 1.6 and has 1.6 stamped 
on it.  The back of the block (firewall side) should have an "H" stamped on 
it to confirm that it's a 1.7.  And I think the 1.7 was rated at 78 or so HP. 
 Looks like you're in Canada.  Not sure if they had more power up there.
