The early kits had a cogged belt (like our timing belts) and later ones had a 
poly-v (ribbed) belt which allowed more lee-way when making alternate sized 
pulleys to adjust boost.  They used a pulley piggy-backed to the cam pulley 
to run the supercharger.  I think it only ran 6 pounds of boost in stock 
form.
