Looking for 2.0L 16V engine/head (cheap)

this configuration.  Would much prefer an assembled engine (vs. buying
a block and a head separately) with a known history, and of course
fewer miles = more attractive.

This'll be for my Scirocco, where it's allowed for Street Prepared
(which also requires the engine "unit" therefore no 2.0L block w/ 1.8L
head allowed).  

Once obtained and in, my complete existing 16V long block (running
strong, burning no oil, new 2.0L oil pump) will be for sale, as well as
other parts (manifolds, etc.) I won't use (will wait to determine what
I need)!
