That's my car. Badge holes, big US spoiler holes, rear window squirter hole,
old fender mount antenna hole, on the door that I have no clue what they're
from holes (bullets???)...

Would welding these shut be the "best" solution? One of my friends is a
"master welder", so I'm not worried about the quality of the work.  

Also, when I get my scirocco painted, what all should I remove? Just going
with stock Mars Red, but I want it done properly.
