Stuck wheel spacers

Apparently I was having a bad brain day when I put the H&R 8mm spacers on my
'rocco's rear wheels.  It looks like I put 'em on inside out--with the
beveled edge facing the drum.  Now they're stuck.  Argh.

Is there any way to get 'em off without damaging either the spacers or the
drums?
