If all else being equal it will raise compression, just picture the crank 
with the rod and piston attached at TDC. With the longer stroke you will be 
1.35mm higher up in the bore 
Conventional hot rodding will tell you that the larger stroke will create 
less power up top and lower your available RPMs with the gains being 
increased torque down low.
With a lower rod ratio you would also expect more vibrations (if unbalanced 
especially) and higher wear and stress in the lower end. There is also much 
more going on but I better refer to my Smokey Yunick book first.
