Well, from geometry and trig.....

diameter of VW wheel is approx 23 inches.

deg toe out = sin (toeout/23)

= sin (.0625/23)
= 0.000047 degrees

converting to deg/min/sec format this is

0.17 seconds toe out PER SIDE

or 0.34 seconds TOTAL
