Vinyl/Leatherette Fabric sourcing?

Anyone know a good place on the web or in the SF Bay area to get 
vinyl/leatherette fabric stuff? I'm looking for something that has the VW 
look and feel to it (in black).. and enough to do a headliner and trunk 
cover. If you have a place nearby outside of my locality I'll even consider 
getting it shipped etc.

Any sources or leads would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
