Do you mean the steering feels lighter?  Overinflated tyres?
If the tyres are significantly lower profile than before then you'll notice 
a big difference in the 'feel'.
What did the Eibach kit set you back? Is it straight swap for the existing 
bars or does it supplement them?  I've been considering doing a Shawn Meze 
special on the rear - doubling-up two stock bars -  but have never really 
had the time to anything about it.
What shocks/springs are you running these days? I've just put new turbogas 
with the Eibach sport springs on the front and there's still too much bounce 
at the front. I don't know if it's bouncing on the bumpstops or if there 
just isn't enough rebound damping in the shocks - it tends to be long wavy 
undulations that upset it rather than sharp bumps. Perhaps it's time to 
sample poly bumpstops!
