The fuel pump only runs when the engine is turning.
But there is the Load Reduction Relay, some circuits only become
active through that.
Does the fresh air fan turn? The horn? The glove compartment light?
Wipers? Headlights? Does the warning buzzer buzz? Power Windows work (if
any). Those all become active only when the *ignition* is *on*.
