Etka / Elsa cd's for sale

I have found a site that is selling both the Etka and Elsa CD's.  To check
it out, go to http://www.autocd.spb.ru/price.html .  If you cant' read
Russian, you can use http://www.elingo.com/browse/browse.php3 to translate
the pages for you.   I highly doubt that it's legal for us U.S. residents to
buy these, but it may be for people in Europe, Canada, etc. who could then
send us a "gift" in exchange for proper reimbursement of course.

Any idea how much these things cost in U.S. currency or what the Russian
currency is called these days?
