Well for the procedure to run the wiring like you mention (fog as parking)
and split the other 2 red as brake lights
I wrote a procedure for that, I use P21 bulbs and it is quite visible any
time of day or night.

Ok, we all know the 16V lights are dim .. so I figure I bridge the outer red
squares to act as brake lights, the center as the driving light and get
quartz bulbs like they sell at RapidParts.

Question is .. can I leave the wiring as is, or should I beef it up with
relays? If I should throw some relays in there, which kind and how do I hook
the whole thing together? Don't spare details =) it took me hours to try and
wire in the darn airhorns with the relays (although now that I see how it's
done it doesn't seem that complicated --- must be all that sun frying my
brain eh?)

Can you tell it's a slow day at work .. plenty of time to think of the car
and post a million messages.
