SEM bumper primer on euro bumpers?

anybody know where I can get my grubby mitts on a few cans of this legendary
stuff?

additionally, to anyone used this stuff on euro bumpers, how many cans
should I expect to buy for good results?

they make a bumper paint as well, right?

(I remember a thread about this a while back, but I can barely remember the
name of the paint..)

but hey, I'm open to suggestions if anyone knows of another solution.
