After experiencing the heat on the weekend, I have one question: Why would 
anybody in Santa Clara area want to buy a HOT TUB????? Yes, I saw a hot tub 
dealer on the way out - what the??!!

I'd like to extend a big thank you to everyone who made the weekend so great 
- for making my first scirocco.org gathering so fun and inspiring, and of 
course a big thank you to David for having the bbq and the to the numerous 
other people who sent out emails with all the events and also to those who 
planned everyone. Thank you!

BTW... anyone have an air conditioning unit for sale? I think I need one for 
next time. Black leather + black car = pain & suffering.

Anyone at the show who thought it was hot .... you're lucky you're not here
today .... it is so HOT, the dark asphalt is actually starting to melt (as
opposed to the light asphalt which is a few years old and faded) - wouldn't
surprise me if the highs for today went over 100.
